Thomas Shields is the founder of Blackland Divide and brings deep expertise in marketing technology, data and analytics, CRM operations, and Salesforce platforms.

He led high-impact initiatives for organizations including Tria Prima, Kasasa, and Bank of Texas, specializing in unified customer experiences, journey orchestration, advanced analytics, and scalable data architecture designed to drive measurable growth.

A multi-certified Salesforce professional with credentials in Process Design and Scrum methodologies, Thomas is known for translating complex business needs into clear, practical solutions.

Shaped by traditional values learned on a West Texas ranch, he approaches every partnership with integrity, preparation, and a commitment to lasting results. Outside of work, his dedication to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and graduate studies in Christian Apologetics reflects a mindset grounded in discipline, continuous learning, and building strong foundations, principles that guide his leadership at Blackland Divide.
